Shipping policy

Orders will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer two shipping methods: untracked and tracked.

Untracked shipping uses stamps, meaning we will not know the location of your package at any given time after drop-off. We will provide proof of dropping off your order at the post office and you will receive a notification via email. Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. If this does happen, let us know and we'd be happy to look into your situation. This will also help us improve our business and ensure we are doing our best to deliver quality products to you. 

Tracked shipping uses shipping labels, which give you the ability to track your shipment while it's in transit. As After Five Studios is based in Canada, our shipping rates are (ridiculously) higher, and we thank you for understanding that we try our best to minimize shipping costs.
